Capital structure of CK Gold. Its registered capital is 2,050,000 TL. All shares have been paid by shareholders and there is no borrowed capital. In order to increase operational efficiency, it was decided to increase the capital to 42,000,000 TL at the partners' meeting held on September 30, 2023. Shareholders supported this decision and expressed their willingness to buy back the newly issued shares.
